Rachel Kendall Team Receives 2012 Award from Magazine

Rachel Kendall, a broker and team leader of the Rachel Kendall Team of Keller Williams Realty, recently announced that the organization has won one of the most prestigious local real estate awards.

The team received an award for achieving third place for Best Realtor in the 2012 Best of Downtown Award from Raleigh Downtowner Magazine. The awards are presented annually, and are typically open to only downtown Raleigh operations, but voting for the 2012 Best of Downtowner Awards was open to all of Wake County, resulting in a much broader range of entries and twice the number of total votes for 2011.

The Best of Downtowner Awards are designed to recognise the best Raleigh has to offer in several different categories which include services, shopping, goods, food, dining, and local personalities.

Commenting on the award, Rachel Kendall said 'I am very proud of The Rachel Kendall Team for being recognized as one of the Triangles best realtors in the 2012 Best of Downtowner award.
